**1. Subscription and Payment**
1.1 Subscription: outforeats.com offers a monthly subscription service to eateries that wish to list their information, menus, and photos on our platform. By subscribing to our service, the eatery agrees to comply with all the policies outlined herein.
1.2 Payment: The eatery will be required to pay a monthly subscription fee to maintain an active listing on outforeats.com. The payment amount will be clearly communicated to the eatery upon subscribing and will be charged automatically on a monthly basis.
1.3 Payment Processing: We utilise Stripe, a secure online payment platform, to handle all payment transactions. The eatery's payment details will be securely stored by Stripe, and outforeats.com will not have access to or store any sensitive payment information.
1.4 Payment Cancellation: The eatery may cancel their subscription at any time by notifying outforeats.com via email: support@outforeats.com. However, please note that once a payment has been processed for a given month, no refund will be issued for that payment.
**2. Eatery Information and Content**
2.1 Information Accuracy: The eatery is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding their menus, prices, operating hours, and any other relevant details. outforeats.com will not be held liable for any discrepancies or inaccuracies in the eatery's provided information.

The eatery agrees to upload only content that is relevant, appropriate, and adheres to our content guidelines, including the absence of any offensive, discriminatory, or copyrighted material.

The eatery agrees to indemnify and hold outforeats.com harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the content they upload.

3.2 Data Retention: outforeats.com will retain the eatery's information, including uploaded content, for a reasonable period after the subscription termination. This is done to ensure compliance with legal obligations, resolve any disputes, or fulfil any remaining contractual obligations.
3.3 Data Privacy: outforeats.com is committed to protecting the eatery's data and complying with applicable data protection laws. We will not share the eatery's information with third parties without their consent, except where required by law or as outlined in our privacy policy.
